Office Buckle is a great book to read the first week when teaching rules. The following is a really simple activity. After reading the book give each of the students stars and have then write a rule on it. Remember Office Buckle always numbers them. Then have the students put all the rules together. You could make a cute bulletin board to match the book. Or just add them to a chart and hang them up in the room
